Zemaitis Very Rare Japanese Built MFG V22 Flying V w/ Dragon Classics & OHSC
You are looking at a very cool Japanese built Custom Zemaitis MFG-V22 Flying V. This rare Zemaitis is now discontinued. Please note, this is a sought-after Japanese built Custom model, not a Korean built Zemaitis. It is all factory spec with a beautifully designed engraved metal fronted top carved top. Nitro finished Korina 1 piece back and 1 piece set neck with Ebony fingerboard. It has a 635mm scale and 22 Medium Jumbo frets. Voiced by immense sounding Dragon Classic humbuckers. Equipped with volume control and tone control using CTS pots, and a Switchcraft 3-way pickup selector switch. Special attention was paid to the internal wiring method, with orange drop tone capacitors and vintage 50s tone wiring. When the volume is turned down, the tone is the same as at full volume. A treble bleed circuit is also introduced. Zemaitis also used highly reliable Goto locking tuners to ensure tuning stability on this model. Neck is dead straight, truss rod fine and plenty of life left in the frets. Weight is very good at 3.26kg. There are a few bumps and blemishes here & there but no paint chips or anything harsh. Complete with original lined Zemaitis hard shell case and all Japanese docs. Don't miss this one, they don't come up often.
