  • Can I come and try out a guitar before buying?
    We would love you to but until we have an actual store we aren’t able to do this. Sorry!
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept Paypal via website and bank transfer payments. We cannot currently accept credit card payments. If you wish to pay via another payment method please contact us by email at Please note Paypal no longer refund the seller’s fees for cancelled orders. Any orders made and then cancelled within the 14-day returns period will be fully refunded (inc. your shipping) but minus the Paypal fees charged to us as per our terms and conditions.
  • How much is shipping to the UK?
    We use Parcelforce 24-hour delivery for all UK orders charged at a flat rate of £43 per guitar, including shipping, handling and packaging. Shipping will be combined for multiple ordered - please email to arrange for shipping of multiple products.
  • Do you ship overseas?
    Yes, we ship to most places in the world, full details of countries and shipping costs are available at Checkout. If your country is not listed please contact us by email at and we'll see what can be done.
  • How much is European and International shipping?
    We use Parcelforce International Priority for all European and overseas orders. We always use Airmail. We have 3 different flat rates depending on your country: £68 flat rate - EU and rest of Europe £108 flat rate - USA, Canada £170 flat rate - Rest of World. Shipping will be combined for multiple ordered - please email to arrange for shipping of multiple products. When placing your order please leave a phone contact number as our courier requires it for all non-UK deliveries.
  • What couriers do you use?
    We use Parcelforce for most our deliveries both in the UK and abroad. Although occasonally we use proven alternatives.
  • Can I track my order/when will I receive my guitar?
    You will be sent tracking info via the email address you provided during Checkout. Our courier delivers between 8am – 6pm weekdays. We cannot advise on the exact time of the day it will be delivered. We do not ship on Tuesdays or Fridays. We do not arrange delivery on Saturdays.
  • Can you deliver my order(s) to an alternative address?
    Yes, we can deliver to an alternative address for credit and debit card payments and bank trainsfer payments. Some alternative payment methods only allow for shipping to the registered address.
  • Can I return my guitar and get a refund?
    If there is a problem with the guitar, yep sure you can. Just email us at and let us know within the first 14 days of receiving it. For full details of our returns policy please check out our T&Cs page.
  • Do you ship guitars that include rosewood?
    Yes we ship guitars containing rosewood all over the world. On November 26, 2019, CITES laws on rosewood were lifted for musical instruments. It means we can ship guitars containing rosewood freely across borders with no permit needed. Restrictions are still in place for Brazilian rosewood but we will mention this in any guitar descriptions.
