Vintage Fender 1957 Standard Stratocaster 1990 FujiGen K-Serial MIJ Piano Black
Very cool vintage 1990 K-Serial Fender MIJ ‘57 Reissue Stratocaster in all Piano Black finish. It’s an early Fender Japan Stratocaster built at the legendary FujiGen plant (no date on neck heel). It is in good shape for an almost 4 decade old guitar. The 50’s maple neck (vintage 7.25" radius) is dead straight, truss rod fine, plenty of life left in the frets. it's all original with just a replacement 3-ply scratch plate. It would have originally been a white single ply on this one. It has its steel Fender stamped saddles and neck plate and is complete with its original Gotoh tuners. Still has backplate and has a replacement tremolo arm. Structurally and electrically sound. No issues at all. No breaks or repairs. Weight 3.37kg. Newly strung with Elixir 10's. It has that nice well worn in feel & look you get with these late 1980’s/early 90's FujiGen built guitars. The maple neck has darkened beautifully and all the plastics have yellowed. It has some playwear in the form of little bumps and nicks etc but looks all the better for it. Complete with period correct Fender branded softcase, all zips working . This is an awesome vintage Fender Japan ’57 RI Strat, don’t miss out on it.
