Vintage 1979 Fernandes FSG-120 Double Neck W/OHSC Cherry Burny RSG-140 EDS-1275

Vintage 1979 Fernandes FSG-120 Double Neck W/OHSC Cherry Burny RSG-140 EDS-1275

£2,370.00Price

Here’s a rare one. It’s a vintage 1979 Japanese built Fernandes Jimmy Page Inspired double neck FSG-120 EDS clone in Heritage Cherry. A beautiful feeling and playing historically accurate reproduction of Jimmy’s legendary Gibson EDS-1275. Built to an exceptionally high standard by Fernandes in Japan in the 1979. Built to a very high standard, comparable if not better than Gibson could manage during the period. Looks the business. Plays beautifully and super resonant. Mahogany body and necks, rosewood fingerboards, with the lower humbuckers uncovered just like Jimmy’s. Necks are straight, truss rods fine, plenty of life left in the frets on both necks. No issues either electrically or structurally. Weight is 5kg. Just some playwear here & there. Complete with vintage Japanese fitted hard case. Not many of these were ever made and we only have this one. A bit dusty. This is by far the cleanest example we have seen of one of these rare guitars.
