Here is a very rare 1991 Fender Japan FujiGen built butterscotch blonde Ash Esquire.  It is from 11th November 1991, (11.11.91) pencilled under clearcoat on neck heel. It was built for Fender in the legendary FujiGen Plant in Japan. It’s a cool old Esquire with plenty of roadwear and a real Springsteen vibe. It has a very resonant old ash body with a straight neck, working truss rod and plenty of life left in the frets (although they are showing some pitting). Structurally and electrically sound. No issues at all. No breaks, repairs or mods. Weight is 3.5kg. Not for the faint hearted with plenty of playwear, it's a real old warrior. Well worn in paint chips, sticker shadows, scuffs and pen marks on back. I personally love the look of all this, this is what a real relic guitar looks like. It's been played and looks like it has! There is a dull grey patina over all the metal hardware, some staining to the finish and some finger marks on the maple fretboard. Freshly strung with Elixir 9's. Complete with period correct Fender branded softcase. A great playing old FujiGen built MIJ Fender Esquire. These don't show up very often. Freshly strung with Elixir 9's.
