Greco Vintage Japanese EG800 Single Cutaway 1978 Goldtop w/ Gibson HSC

Here is a beautiful vintage Japanese Greco EG800 Goldtop Les Paul Standard from 1978. This one is a real old stunner with a great looking Goldtop finish (Japanese Greco 1956 reissues are pretty tough to come across). It was a high end Greco '56 clone for the time with superb aggressive sounding maxon P-90's, set neck and rosewood fingerboard with fret end binding. The plastics have authentic vintage yellowing going on and the metal hardware is also nicely tarnished. This one has a very dark & dense rosewood board on it (pics!) Straight neck, truss rod fine, plenty of life left in the frets. Weight 4.4kg. It has closer to a 60’s profile neck. Neck is 3-piece and the body is a 70’s pancake construction. Only light wear for its almost 50 years of age! A few small well worn in nicks here & there, that kind of thing. Nothing bad has ever happened, no breaks, repairs or mods. No issues whatsoever either electrically or structurally. It’s complete with a vintage 1970's Gibson Les Paul hardacase, all working fine. Don't miss this one, it's a very nice example of this rare guitar.
