Greco Very Rare Vintage SA-1200 Super Real Sunburst w/ Orig. Dry Z pickups

You are looking at an incredibly clean and fully original 1981 Greco SA-1200 Super Real, pretty much the best vintage Japanese 335 out there. It's all original right from its vintage Greco ‘Super Real’ plated tan Lifton style HSC to its Dry Z humbuckers. It is nitrocellulose finished with fret-end binding and original klusen style tuners. The original Dry Zs sound amazing, well worth their big reputation. The weight is 3.8kg with a very comfortable 60's profile neck. Also a really nice dark rosewood fingerboard on this one. The top has some good birdseye showing though. It has some very cool vintage ageing all over the plastics with the binding turning yellow and the metal hardware nicely tarnished. Straight neck, truss rod fine, plenty of life left in the frets. Great weight at 3.8kg. As mentioned above it is exceptionally clean. in fact by fare the cleanest SA-1200 we have had at Gas Station Guitars (and we've had a few) with only gentle vintage ageing consistent with light use over almost 40 years. No bad stuff, no breaks, repairs or big dings etc. There are a few little bumps and scuffs obviously but all very minor stuff for a 40-year old guitar. Complete with original Greco tan HSC a little light wear but everything working fine. Anyway I’ll let the pics tell the rest of the story. One of the legendary vintage Japanese guitars and very, very hard to find nowadays.
