Gibson Les Paul Custom Shop Limited Edition Historic 70's Custom Reissue

Here we have a very rare Gibson Custom Shop 1970s Aged Les Paul Custom from 2008. This scarce Custom shop build was made especially for the Japanese domestic market and was never available to buy outside of Japan. Dating from before the mass processed Murphy Lab guitars, Gibson gave this model its superb relic finish by hand. It's one of the most classic examples we have seen of a Gibson in-house relic. This particular guitar was made as a slight nod to legendary Japanese guitarist Pata of the band 'X Japan'. It is a limited edition model built by Gibson for the Japanese marked based on Pata's own aged Custom he calls 'Panda' 
 
The guitar has a great feeling thicker profile neck with a dark Ebony fingerboard (not richlite). It is a superb resonant player with an excellent action and is weighs in at a good solid 4.69kg. It is complete with case candy and certificate of authenticity booklet. No issues at all, no modifications, it is in fully original condition. Comes with original Gibson Custom Shop hardshell case.  The hinge ribbon frayed and needs to be re-attached. A superb limited edition Custom Shop Custom in every respect.
