Gibson Custom Shop 1958 'Hand Selected' Historic Reissue (R8) 2016 KBF VOS Burst

Up for grabs is this absolutely beautiful 2016 Gibson Custom Shop Hand Selected 1958 (R8) VOS Reissue in Kentucky Bourbon Fade (KBF). This more than holds its own with any R9 out there. It is one of a limited number of ‘Hand Selected’ historics with AAA tops Gibson hand picked exclusively by Japanese retailers. Its official booklet title is ‘LPR8 VOS KBF’. There is a lot of documentation with this one, including the ‘Hand Selected’ booklet in sleeve and Japanese booklet. No structural or electrical issues whatsoever.Straight neck, truss rod fine & plenty of life left in the frets. It is complete with other regular case candy inc certificate of authenticity booklet & tags etc. Absolutely no breaks, repairs or modifications. The original Custom Buckers sound great. It is a great weight at 4.2kg. Complete with original historic pink velvet crush lined lifton HSC, all working fine with key. Has had the VOS treatment from the Gibson custom shop so some light ageing all over. There is only light wear constant with light use, a bit of rubbing to the finish here & there. This has gotta be one of the best R8's out there. I’ll let the pics tell the rest of the story. Pretty much the perfect '58 reissue.
