Gibson 2001 Les Paul Classic Tobacco Sunburst Non Chambered w/ OHSC
Here is a cool old non-chambered Gibson Les Paul Classic Tobacco Sunburst from 2001. The Classics from this period are phenomenal guitars and this particular Classic was selected for export to Japan by Yamano, who it is said secured many of the greatest tops of the 90’s & 2000’s. Being a Classic it has a comfortable slim 60’s neck and weighs in at healthy non-chambered 4.5kg. It is all factory spec just as it came out of Nashville. Plenty of life in the frets, the truss rod is fine and the neck is straight. No problems either structurally or electrically. It comes with the Yamano import booklet. It’s over 20 years old now so obviously has plenty of playwear but nothing bad has ever happened to it. No breaks, repairs mods or extra routing etc. It has scratches and bumps here & there. Scrapes on the back and what looks like a patch on the neck where the nitro has reacted to something. It's feelabe but shallow. Complete with original 1990’s Tan Gibson HSC which is in roadworn condition but fully functional. A very cool old 60's Gibson Yamano Export Les Paul Classic from the great Classic years.
