Here is very cool vintage Japanese MIJ E-serial Fender 1957 Reissue Precision Bass in naturally aged classic Two Tone Sunburst. It is from 1989 (pencil dated at FujiGen under the clear coat on the neck heel). These early FujiGen built P-basses are incredibly sought-after for good reason. It’s a PB57 with an alder body and maple neck and fingerboard. The two tone sunburst is ageing beautifully and is offset with the FujiGen white pickguard. Its feels very comfortable to play. Great sounding pups. Neck straight, truss rod fine, plenty of life in the frets. Weight is almost dead on 4kg. It’s coming on for 40-years old now so obviously not mint, it has the associated wear you’d expect to see on such an old bass, but nothing harsh, mainly edge scuffing etc. The vol/tone knobs have been replaced at some point in its history. A beautifully crafted old Japanese Fender warrior with plenty of vintage vibe. Complete with cool original 1980's Japanese leatherette softcase.  If you are looking for a killler 1980's MIJ P-bass this is the one.
