Fender Japan Telecaster 1969 RI Blue Flower w/ Maple Fretboard 2010 MIJ
Fender ’69 RI Blue Flower Telecaster. We don’t come too across many of these anymore. I don’t think they were ever exported in great quantities outside Japan during their build run. This one is a U-Serial MIJ which puts the build date around 2010-2011. This is a great Tele. It has a lightweight body with one-piece maple neck with a 7.25 radius, TL Vintage pups, a comfortable C profile & plays great with plenty of bite and twang. Really resonant too when unplugged. Structurally and electrically sound. Neck dead straight, truss rod fine, plenty of life left in the frets. Weight is 3.46kg. No issues at all. No breaks or repairs. No modifications, all factory stock. Pictures were taken when the guitar came in to us and it has since been re-strung, frets polished, pots cleaned and set-up. Pre-owned so it does have light signs of being played with the occssonal small bump and bruise, but overall in excellent condition. Complete with Fender Branded softcase.
