Fender Japan Standard Stratocaster Non-Catalogue California Blue CIJ O-Serial

Up for grabs is this scarce California Blue Fender Japan Standard Stratocaster. It was a one-off finish probably for a Japanese store. It's an MIJ O-serial from 1994-95 built for Fender at the renowned FujiGen plant. Really resonant unplugged and feels great to play, plenty of bite in the USA made Texas Special pickups. Neck dead straight, truss rod fine, plenty of life left in the frets. Structurally and electrically sound. No breaks, repairs, routing or modifications. It weighs in at 3.2kg. Some playwear as you’d expect for the age, but no paint chips, but some buckle scratches on the back . Complete with tremolo arm and softcase.
