Fender Japan Built 1986-1987 Telecaster Blonde Top Loader Jeff Buckley MIJ
Up for grabs is this beautiful old FujiGen built Blonde Telecaster Toploader from Fender Japan. Fender Japan never made an official signature model but this is a very close approximation of Jeff Buckley’s 1983 Tele with the top-loader bridge, maple neck and blonde finish etc. It’s an MIJ F-Serial from 1986-1987. It’s all factory correct with the Toploader bridge, alder non string-through body, 6 adjustable saddles, comfy C profile neck and Alnico V single coils. Weight is 3.6kg. There is the age appropriate wear as you'd expect. There are a few little finish nicks here & there on the guitar. The neck is dead straight, truss rod fine with plenty of life left in the frets. Structurally and electrically sound. Sounds and plays beautifully. No issues at all. No breaks or repairs. No modifications. Complete with softcase. Don't miss it, once it’s gone it’s gone.
