Fender Aerodyne Jazz Bass Japanese Domestic Old Candy Apple Red MIJ 2005

Fender Aerodyne Jazz Bass Japanese Domestic Old Candy Apple Red MIJ 2005

£1,045.00Price

Here is a beautiful Old Candy Apple Red Aerodyne Jazz Bass from 2005 (CIJ S-Serial). This is from the original Japanese AJB run. They are great basses and don’t show up too much outside Japan. Like all AJB’s it features a beautiful carved top & bound body with matching headstock and this one has a 3-ply black pickguard. All factory spec with a nice dark rosewood fingerboard. It has had absolutely no breaks, repairs or mods. Structurally and electrically sound. It is pre-loved so there is a some light playwear as you’d expect with little bumps & scuffs. There is some patina all over the metal hardware and the binding has slightly yellowed which always looks good against the OCAR finish. Fully original save for some replacement strap pins that have been dropped in. Weight is 4.4kg. Neck is dead straight, truss working fine and plenty of life left in the frets. Complete with padded Japanese FGN bass softcase. Like all our basses this will come shipped in sturdy padded purpose designed bass box.
