Fender 1990's Japan Mustang 1969 Reissue Factory Yellow/White CIJ

Here is a real old Fender Japan warrior! It's a vintage specification 1969 reissue Fender Mustang in factory yellow/white finish. It’s a cool late 1990’s machine from 1997-2000 (CIJ O-Serial). Factory finished in vivid vintage Yellow/White with ’69 contoured alder body, maple neck and rosewood finger-board with a 7.25 vintage radius. It has a great Mustang action with the dark rosewood fingerboard complimented by a killer red tort 3-ply 90's Fender Japan pickguard (I love these pickguards). The neck is dead straight, truss rod fine with plenty of life left in the frets. No breaks, repairs or routing. Structurally and electrically fine. Weight is 3.5kg. It has a ton of vintage wear as you'd expect from a 90's Mustang with bumps and little well worn in paint nicks etc around the edges etc. So please don’t expect sterile & mint; there are plenty of stores that sell souless Mexican guitars if that’s what you want. It has had the Crafted in Japan prefix removed from above the serial number, but going by the remaining outline it's definitely a CIJ as opposed to MIJ Mustang. It has also had new slider switches fitted and the volume/tone knobs replaced. It comes complete with its vintage correct Fender Japan softcase and 5mm threaded tremolo arm (just drops in and tightens as usual). Built immaculately as you'd expect from an old 90's Fender Japan guitar. A killer old 1969 vintage specification reissue Mustang.
