Here is a very scarce Fender 1971 reissue Telecaster in factory Sherwood Green finish. It's a CIJ Q-Serial from the 2002-04 period; one of my favourites as it's where Fender Japan began to get really creative with their finishes. This very cool old Tele has some great specs with an ash body, maple neck and a dark Indian rosewood fingerboard with a 7.25" radius. 
 
We specialise in the rarer Fender Japan models and have never come across another Fender Japan Sherwood Green '71 reissue. As is usually the case with Fender Japan the fit and finish is superb. It is a great player & and shows playwear commensurate with its almost 25 years of age. There are some bumps and scuffs and a little well worn in finish chip on the body. Neck is dead straight, truss rod fine and plenty of life left in the frets. Weight is 3.6kg. Structurally and electrically sound. No issues at all. No breaks, repairs, mods or routing. Pickups are articulate and clean with plenty of Tele twang. A very cool old Fender Tele in a rare finish. Complete with Telecaster hardcase with key in fine working order.
