Greco Japanese Vintage SA700 Semi-Acoustic late 1970's Walnut Japan MIJ w/ HSC

Here we have a cool vintage Japanese Greco semi-hollow SA-700. It’s a very old Greco 335 clone dating from around the late 1970's. It has a walnut finish with yellowed binding, giving it a real vintage vibe. It has a nice streaked rosewood fingerboard with fret-end (nibs) binding and original trapezoid tailpiece. The three-piece maple neck is dead straight with a good strong factory volute, truss rod is fine & plenty of life left in the frets, it has a comfortable 1960 profile carve. Nut width is 41mm. Structurally and electrically sound. Nothing bad has ever happened to it with just light to moderate playwear. There have been no breaks or repairs, just the usual scuffing and bumps here & there that you'd expect on a 1970's hollow body. Complete with its fantastic sounding original U-2000 Maxon humbuckers. Weight is 3.7kg. One of the pickguard screws has snapped midway so will have to be carefully removed and the pick guar screwed back down. Complete with fitted hybrid hard/softcase. A very cool old Japanese 335 clone. Don’t miss this one!
