Gibson Vintage 1992 Les Paul Custom Pre-Historic 3 Pickup Black Beauty Ebony

Here is a really nicely aged 100% original 1992 Pre-historic Gibson Les Paul Ebony 3 Pick-up Custom. These don’t turn up often.  These guitars are known as Pre-Historics, as they pre-date the "Historic Reissues" that were produced by the Custom Shop starting in 1994. This old warrior has an Ebony fingerboard of course, with a thick and chunky ‘50’s profile carve to the neck. A solid mahogany body with no weight relief and great looking vintage carve to the top. Lovely thin nitrocellulose that has been worn down to the mahogany on the neck and back really adds to the vintage vibe on this. It's the look they pay Tom Murphy & co the big bucks to replicate on brand new Gibson guitars. In addition to that the gold hardware has uniform fading all over. Everything is original. There are no breaks or repairs. Plenty of life left in the frets (never been refretted, still has nibs), the truss rod is fine and the neck is straight. All electrics work perfectly and it's a great player with a very easy action. Weight 4.7kg.  Comes complete with its original pink lined Gibson hardcase with shroud, a little roadworn but all latches working. I’ll let the pics tell the rest of the story, this is a really nice 1992 Pre-historic Black Beauty.
