Gibson 2002 Les Paul Standard Subtle Honeyburst Flametop w/ OHSC Non-Chambered
Up for grabs here is an absolutely gorgeous non-chambered Gibson Les Paul Standard Honeyburst from 2002. This is a superb looking Standard, with good subtle flame and maple graining throughout. It has a top quality R9 feel to it. It was built in Gibson’s Nashville plant and finished on June 7th 2002, which is just before Gibson introduced chambering on their standards so yes, it’s non-chambered. It has a really nice feeling '59 profile neck. There is still plenty of life in the frets (never had a refret so still has its fret end binding), the truss rod is fine and the neck is straight. No problems either structurally or electrically. Very good unchambered weight of 4.2kg. There is some light playwear but no big ugly paint chips etc. Never has the pickguard fitted so no holes. The little specs you can see on the headstock are just case dust. Nothing bad has ever happened to it with absolutely no breaks or repairs etc. Comes with its original Gibson hardcase which is in good condition. A rare chance to get your hands on a top quality Les Paul Honeyburst Standard from the good Standard years.
At Gas Station Guitars we carefully hand-select all our guitars and refuse a lot more than we accept, if they don’t blow us away on all fronts, we just don’t put them in our shop; if it’s for sale by Gas Station Guitars, you know it’d gonna be pretty special. All pictures are of actual guitars, all guitars are in hand and we do not use stock photos. NOT FOR TRADE or part exchange, thanks. We ship worldwide to the USA, E.U, Europe, Canada, Australia, Japan and of course the UK.
