Fender Telecaster Vintage FujiGen-Era TLG80-60 w/ Matching Headstock 1984 Black

Here is a rare mid 1980’s Fender Telecaster all Black/Gold TLG80-60 with matching headstock. It's a E-Serial MIJ which puts the build date between 1984 and 1987 at the legendary FujiGen plant in Japan. As is almost always the case with these excellent 80’s MIJ Fenders, the fit and finish is the best you will see, it’s a brilliant player & has some killer vintage looks to match. Good Tele weight at 3.3kg. Very resonant and feels great to play, plenty of Tele twang and some real bite. Neck is dead straight, truss rod fine and plenty of life left in the frets. Structurally and electrically sound. No issues at all. No breaks, repairs or routing. Obviously plenty vintage wear going on, some paint chips with some touched in buy the looks. All the gold metal hardware has taken on an oxidised patina giving it a real vintage vibe. Complete with period correct original Japanese Fender branded softcase. A very cool vintage Telecaster!
