Fender Japan Very Rare Jasper Olive Metallic Hybrid II Jazzmaster w/ Matching HS

This is the very cool Hybrid II Series Jazzmaster in sought-after Jasper Olive Metallic with matching headstock. Hands down the rarest finish for any Fender Japan Jazzmaster. We don't know how many were built with this finish but it was only a handful. Like the Jasper Olive Metallic Hybrid Tele, supposedly only 12 Jasper Olive Metallic Hybrid II Jazzmasters were ever built, I cannot confirm this but there are very few in existence. The few that were built were designed to promote a larger Hybrid II Fender Japanese run. Anyway on the the guitar, it’s obviously a Japanese Fender, not Mexican, so has fantastic build quality coupled with both vintage & modern specs. It has a rosewood fingerboard (9.5 radius). Stunning Jasper Olive Metallic finish with matching headstock, with a lightweight alder body & black 3-ply pickguard (still has protective clear film on pickguard and pickup covers). Very resonant and feels great to play. Very nice sounding Hybrid Custom voiced Single Coil pickups and a vintage-style floating tremolo with barrel bridge. C carve satin feel neck. Structurally and electrically sound obviously. Weight is nice and light for an alder Jazzmaster at 3.5kg. Complete with trem arm, Fender branded softcase and fender Japan docs. Any little bright spots are just the reflection of overhead spotlights. Guitar is in unplayed condition with no notable blemishes. A stunning looking & great playing MIJ Jazzmaster. Was made in very limited numbers on Japan only. All pics are of actual guitar.
