Vintage 1982 Japanese FujiGen Greco Single Cut EG 56-60 Goldtop 1956 RI

A bit of a holy-grail in vintage Japanese collecting circles. This is a beautifully constructed and rare vintage Japanese Greco Les Paul EG 56-60 Gold Top 1956 reissue from 1982. Not many of these were built at FujiGen. Set-neck of course (not a cheaper bolt-on) and nicely streaked rosewood fingerboard with fret end binding. Great sounding original Maxon P90's. Comfortable thick 50's profile neck. Japanese FujiGen built with ink stamped serial. Straight neck, truss rod fine, plenty of life left in the frets although showing some string divits. Weight is 4.1kg. The P90s howl on this thing and the sustain is immense. It's showing its age with some little paint kicks and some mottling under the clear coat on the back. It's all in the pics. Nothing bad has happened to it. No breaks or repairs. Comes complete with a padded softcase.
