Stunning Japanese History/Fujigen LH/TL Telecaster 2016 Poplar/Ash

Stunning Japanese built History (Shimamura) HL TL Telecaster. This very special guitar was built in 2016 at the legendary FujiGen plant in Japan. Only a handful of these high-end beauties were ever constructed for the Shimamura chain of guiter shops in Japan. They were never exported outside of Japan and this is the only one we have ever seen for sale. This thing kills any Navigators or Fender Custom shop Teles. To say it’s high-end in an understatement. It plays beautifully & is constructed with a resonant book-matched Poplar burl top with old-sourced water recovered hard maple neck, a swamp ash body and superb Brazilian sourced kingwood 9.5 radius fingerboard (a species of Brazilian rosewood) with mother or pearl inlays. I’ll let the pics speak for themselves. It has all black hardware with Gotoh saddles, locking tuners and bridge. The pickups consist of an immense sounding History RVP P-90 in the beck and a RVT-1 single coil in the bridge.Nice weight too at 3.8kg. The neck is dead straight, truss rod is working fine and years left in the frets. It is on nr mint condition complete with docs and OHSC.
