Rare Fender Japan Aerodyne Jazz Bass Matte Black CIJ Japanese Non-Export 2005 MI

We specialize in rare run Fender Japan models but this is something we have never had in before. It’s a very rare 2005-06 (CIJ S-Serial) factory Matte Black Aerodyne Jazz Bass. It was possibly a special order with a matt black body & matching headstock, a finish we have never seen on these before. It also has a natural rosewood fingerboard (these are usually stained black on most AJBs). Other than that is has all the standard AJB features including abeautiful carved top and slimline bound body. There are absolutely no breaks, repairs or mods. Neck dead straight, truss rod fine and plenty of life left in the frets. It does have a few bumps, scratches & dimples on the body as you can see from the pics, so not mint. Comes complete with Fender branded bass bag. Like all our basses this will come shipped in sturdy padded purpose designed bass box. This is a one of a kind AJB so don’t miss it. It’s always worth grabbing the limited Fender Japan stuff, even just as an investment. You will probably never see another one like this.
