LEFTY! Fender Japan Jaguar Left Handed 1966 Reissue 1997 Alder Rosewood VWH

Here is a super rare 1990's Fender Japan left-handed Fender Jaguar in vintage white. There are hundreds of Mexican KC models all over the internet but finding a 90's Fender Japan ’66 left-handed reissue is pretty special. Like all the Fender CIJ ’66 reissues from this period it has a good resonant alder body, rosewood fingerboard and maple neck. It's a CIJ A-Serial from 1997-98. It has a good, dense, dark slab of rosewood for the fingerboard (7.25 radius) with some nice darker rosewood streaking. Beautiful tinted amber maple neck with very nice maple figuring all over (pics!) It's a little more cream in colour that it appears in the pics, was very difficult to capture the exact shade. Complete with original with 3-ply tort pickguard. Comes with correct CIJ Jaguar tremolo arm but it is right handed instead of left. It has its original docs including the period correct Fender Japan booklet and also the expired Japanese warranty card (good for providence and resale value as it has the guitar's individual serial number printed on). The top circuit has been bypassed as is often the case with Jags. There have been no breaks or repairs. Straight neck, truss rod fine, plenty of life left in the frets. Weight is 3.8kg. It is clean overall for a 90's Jag with no big paint chips or anything harsh, just light playwear with a few smaller bumps and scrapes. Plays really nice for a Jag too, good easy action. Complete with Fender branded softcase. Original 1990's lefty VWH Fender Japan Jags don't show up often so don’t miss it.
