Greco Vintage Super Sounds Stratocaster FujiGen Built 1976 Three Tone Sunburst

Here’s a beautiful old vintage 1976 Japanese FujiGen built Greco SE-600/S Super Sound Stratocaster. These were the forerunners to the Fender Japan JV line. A lovely dark aged three tone sunburst finish on this one. Great looking grain and wonderful sounding Maxon single coil pickups. Some cool natural discolouration, some paint nicks, bumps and scuffing etc as you'd expect on a 45 year old guitar! This Japanese beauty on the road to becoming a true vintage classic, with the plastics turning an off white and the metal hardware nicely tarnished. A good weight at 3.5kg. Straight neck, truss rod checked and functioning fine, plenty of life left in the frets. Had absolutely no breaks or repairs. Structurally and electrically sound. The pickups sound great, clear and defined. I’ll let the pics tell the rest of the story. No trem-arm. It is complete with gig bag. These Greco Super Sounds always blow us away when we get in from time to time. On par with any early FujiGen Fender Strats; they are basically the reason Fender Japan exists at all. An awesome looking true vintage Japanese FujiGen Strat and a wonderful playing guitar.
