Fender Telecaster '68 RI Limited Edition 'BECK' CIJ Q-Serial 2005 Satin Buttersc

£1,395.00Price

These are one of our absolute favourite Japanese Fender Telecasters and we bring them in from Japan whenever we find them (which isn’t often). It's a beautiful ltd. edition satin finished Sen ash bodied 'BECK: Mongolian Chop Squad' Fender Telecaster. These beauties were based on a '68 RI (TL68-75BC) and made for a limited time only by Fender Japan. They were never exported by Fender. This one was recently imported to the UK from Japan by us. It’s a CIJ Q-Serial (2002-04). It’s been really well looked after & is loaded with all the good stuff: stamped bridge with chrome saddles, (USA) TL Vintage pickups, Schaller F Key Tuners, F stamped neck plate and a beautiful dark streaked rosewood board. Some nice ash grain showing under the satin finish. Weight is good at 3.7kg.  It is in very nice condition. Just one paint nick on the bottom of the body. Neck is dead straight, truss rod fine, plenty of life left in the frets. Structurally and electrically sound. No issues at all. It's getting very tough to pick these up now. Complete with original gig bag. These were made in limited numbers and will never be made again.

We carefully hand-select all our guitars and refuse a lot more than we accept, if they don’t blow us away on all fronts, we just don’t put them in our shop; if it’s for sale by Gas Station Guitars, you know it’s gonna be pretty special.  All pictures are of the actual guitars, we do not use stock photos. NOT FOR TRADE or part exchange, thanks. We ship to the E.U, Europe, U.S, Canada, Australia, NZ and of course the UK.
