Fender Telecaster '68 RI Limited Edition 'BECK' CIJ Q-Serial 2002-04 Satin Blond

Fender Telecaster '68 RI Limited Edition 'BECK' CIJ Q-Serial 2002-04 Satin Blond

£1,395.00Price

Here is a rare one. It's one of the beautiful ltd edition satin finished Sen ash bodied 'BECK: Mongolian Chop Squad' Telecasters that were based on a '68 RI (TL68-75BC) and made for a limited time only by Fender Japan. These were never exported by Fender, and this one was only recently imported to the UK. It’s loaded with all the good stuff: stamped bridge with chrome saddles, (USA) pickups, Schaller F Key Tuners and a beautiful dark rosewood fingerboard board (7.25 radius). It looks very cool with the translucent aged blonde finish showing the ash grain underneath. A little patch of player elbow wear on the top body curve, very smooth and probably done intentionally as a subtle relic touch. Good weight at 3.6kg. Neck dead straight, truss rod fine, plenty of life left in the frets. Structurally and electrically sound. No issues at all. It has some finish wear as you’d expect from a CIJ, a couple of little bumps and scratches but no paint chips or anything notable. Getting very hard to find these now. Complete with original Fender Japan gig bag. These were made in limited numbers and will never be made again. NOT FOR TRADE or part exchange, thanks. We ship to the E.U, Europe, U.S, Canada, Australia, NZ and of course the UK
