Fender Stratocaster Japan 1962 RI Olympic White Texas Specials CIJ P-Serial 1999

Very cool old Fender Japan 1962 Reissue Stratocaster (ST62-TX) in Olympic White from 1999-2002 (CIJ P-Serial). This is a great looking Strat and being Japanese-built you can expect top quality fit and finish. It has an alder body with a beautiful dark slab rosewood fingerboard with a 7.25 radius, Fender stamped saddles and 3-ply white pickguard and great sounding factory USA Texas Special pickups. It has some nice maple grain on the front and back of the headstock and down the neck. The neck is dead straight, truss rod fine with plenty of life left in the frets. Weight 3.3kg. Structurally and electrically sound. No issues at all. No breaks or repairs. No modifications. It a great looking old Stratocaster, the white has aged to more a vintage white with nicely yellowed plastics. Clean for a CIJ Strat with just a few light bumps and scuffs. No paint chips. Complete with tremolo arm & period correct Fender Japan softcase. A beautifully built ’62 RI Stratocaster.
