Fender MIJ Telecaster 1962 Custom Reissue Rare Translucent Red Domestic Finish 2

Here's a beautiful Fender custom '62 Reissue Telecaster in rare non-export Translucent Candy Apple Red finish on fully bound alder body. These 62's are the top of the line Japanese Fender Telecasters and trans red finishes don't come up very often. This one is from 2007-10 (MIJ T-Serial). There is some lovely alder grain showing through the body. The binding is nice & tight. It has a 3-ply cream scratchplate, nice dark 7.25 radius rosewood fingerboard, 3 saddles, Fender-Stamped bridge and great sounding US TL Vintage pickups. The neck is dead straight, truss rod fine and plenty of life left in the frets. Weight is spot on for an Alder Tele at is 3.5kg. Has some bumps and some scuffing on the back & edges. No paint chips. It comes with its period correct padded Fender Japan softcase which has all zips and pocket zip working (a miracle for this period softcase). All in all a stunning ’62 Custom RI Tele.
