Fender Japan Vintage 1957 RI Stratocaster FujiGen MIJ J-Serial Two Tone Sunburst

Top of the line old Fender 1957 TX Reissue Stratocaster in two tone Sunburst. It’s a Fender Japan MIJ J-Serial from the 1989-1990 period built at the renowned FujiGen Gakki. Anyway, it’s a beautiful ’57 RI Strat. It has an alder body with a great feeling amber-tinted maple neck, 7.25 radius maple fingerboard and is voiced by USA Texas Special pickups. The 6 x steel saddles are Fender stamped as is the FujiGen era neck plate, and it has traditional Strat controls including 5-way switching. All the plastics have yellowed and the metal hardware is showing some oxidation as you can see from the pics. but it gives it all adds to the vintage feel. Nothing bad has ever happened to it. It’s very clean for such an old Fender Japan Strat, no paint chips or big ugly blemishes. Just scratches and scuffs, basically playwear commensurate with age. The neck is dead straight, truss rod fine, plenty of life left in the frets. Nicely balanced with a great action and structurally/electrically sound. No breaks or repairs. No modifications. Weight is 3.6kg. Complete with gigbag and trem arm.A beautiful old '57 RI Fender Japan Strat.
