Fender Japan Telecaster 1952 Reissue Natural Ash CIJ O-Serial 1997-2000

Up for grabs is this nice old late 90’s Sen-Ash 1952 reissue Telecaster. It's is also on the lighter side for a 90's MIJ '52 Tele. It's an O-Serial CIJ which puts the build date between 1997-2000. It’s a killer player & has the vintage looks going on. The clearcoat over the thickly grained Sen Ash body is darkening to give it more of a Butterscotch look nicely offset by the single ply ‘52 black guard. Very resonant and feels great to play, plenty of Tele twang and some real bite. Nice medium v neck profile. Has a 7.25" vintage radius fingerboard. Neck dead straight, truss rod fine, plenty of life left in the frets. Structurally and electrically sound. No issues at all. No breaks, repairs or routing. Good clean condition for the age, a few little bumps around the edge but with no big paint chips etc. Weight is very light for an ash Tele at just under 3.3kg. Comes with a generic softcase, zips working. Definitely one of the cooler CIJ ‘52s we’ve had in.

At Gas Station Guitars we carefully hand-select all our guitars and refuse a lot more than we accept, if they don’t blow us away on all fronts, we just don’t put them in our shop; if it’s for sale by Gas Station Guitars, you know it’d gonna be pretty special.  All guitars are in hand and we do not use stock photos. NOT FOR TRADE or part exchange, thanks. We ship worldwide to the USA, E.U, Europe, Canada, Australia, Japan and of course the UK.
