Fender Japan Jazzmaster Alder 1966 RI CIJ R-Serial (2004-05 period) Rare B+B

Up for grabs is a scarce Fender Jazzmaster. It’s Fender Japan so expect excellent build quality. One of only a handful from Fender Japan with block inlays & neck binding. It’s a CIJ R-Serial from 2004-05. A beautiful looking guitar with warm three-tone sunburst over quality alder body with tort pickguard. It has a nicely streaked Indian rosewood fingerboard with a 7.25 radius. Really resonant and feels great to play. Neck is dead straight, truss rod fine, plenty of life left in the frets. Structurally and electrically sound. No issues at all. No breaks or repairs. No modifications, it is all factory stock. Weight is 3.6kg. Just light playwear with some scuffing around the edges. Much better condition than you usually find with CIJ’s nowadays. It’s pretty tough to pick up MIJ Fender Jazzmasters with blocks & binding. They have long since finished production of these in Japan, so this one will just go up in value. Complete with tremolo arm & padded Fender branded softcase. A very cool '66 RI Fender CIJ Jazzy.
