Fender Japan Jaguar HH Special CIJ R-Serial 2004 Rare Old Candy Apple Red Finish

So here is a very scarce factory finished Old Candy Apple Red Fender Jaguar HH with a matching headstock. We usually find gunmetal blue & red HH Jags but never Old Candy Apple Red. This was likely a special order finish on a HH Special from Fender Japan. It’s a R-serial CIJ from the 2005-2006 period. It has a resonant alder body with beautiful dark streaked slab rosewood 7.25 radius fingerboard. The tinted amber maple neck feels very nice to play with a good chunky profile. It has its Dragster humbucker in the neck and a Seymour Duncan Zebra in the bridge which for well together. Still has its factory fitted mint 3-ply pickguard. Straight neck, truss rod fine, plenty of life left in the frets. No scratchy pots, all circuits working & sounding great. The humbuckers sound huge and defined through our hand-wired AC30. Weight is 3.8kg. No issues whatsoever either electrically on structurally. It’s all factory spec. It does have a few paint chips all over the body so not mint. All in all it's a beautifully built HH Jag from Fender Japan in a rare finish for this model. Complete with gig bag. If you’re looking for a scarce custom colour Jag grab it.
