Fender Japan 1991 Sonic Blue 1957 Reissue Precision Bass MIJ Japan FujiGen Built
Here is a pretty cool vintage early 1990’s Fender 1957 reissue Precision Bass in Sonic Blue. It was a likely an order made or shop order model from the early ninties (MIJ L-Serial, 1991-92) as its not a finish we’ve ever seen from this period and is not a catalogue model. Anyway it looks awesome and it well aged. It has smooth sounding JB Single pups. Nicely balance with a great vintage feeling maple fingerboard. Neck is straight, truss rod working, plenty of life in the frets. Structurally and electrically sound. Plenty of ageing all over: bumps, paint off the edges, burn marks & the like, although nothing bad has ever happened to it. But if you like sterile unmarked Mexican guitars she aint for you! Complete with original Fender Japan gig-bag which has been decorated a little but in fine working condition. A sweet vintage looking aged P-bass in a pretty cool colour.
At Gas Station Guitars we carefully hand-select all our guitars and refuse a lot more than we accept, if they don’t blow us away on all fronts, we just don’t put them in our shop; if it’s for sale by Gas Station Guitars, you know it’d gonna be pretty special. All pictures are of actual guitars, all guitars are in hand and we do not use stock photos. NOT FOR TRADE or part exchange, thanks. We ship worldwide to the USA, E.U, Europe, Canada, Australia, Japan and of course the UK
