Fender Japan 1962 Reissue Jazz Bass Rare Factory Vintage White CIJ P-Serial 1999
Here we have a nice looking ’62 RI Fender Jazz Bass in factory Vintage White finish. It’s pretty hard to find Fender Jazz Basses in this colour, most are 3 tone sunbursts for this period. It’s a CIJ P-Serial (1999-2002) and is in very nice condition throughout. Alder body, malple neck and Indian rosewood fingerboard. It has really nice 3-ply red tort pickguard. It’s clearly been looked after very well. Please note that this is a quality crafted Japanese Fender, not a cheaper Mexican model. Structurally and electrically sound. Neck dead straight, truss rod fine, plenty of life left in the frets. No issues at all. No breaks or repairs. No modifications, it’s all factory stock. Some light scuffing around the edges but no big harsh paint chips etc. Weighs in at 4kg. Complete with period correct Fender gig-bag. A very cool old Japanese Jazz bass in a killer factory finish.
At Gas Station Guitars we carefully hand-select all our guitars and refuse a lot more than we accept, if they don’t blow us away on all fronts, we just don’t put them in our shop; if it’s for sale by Gas Station Guitars, you know it’d gonna be pretty special. All pictures are of actual guitars, all guitars are in hand and we do not use stock photos. NOT FOR TRADE or part exchange, thanks. We ship worldwide to the USA, E.U, Europe, Canada, Australia, Japan and of course the UK.
