Fender Aerodyne Jazz Bass Japanese Domestic Old Candy Apple Red MIJ 2012

Lovely Old Candy Apple Red Aerodyne Jazz Bass from 2012 (MIJ JD-Serial). This from the original Japanese AJB run. They are great basses and don’t show up too much outside Japan. Like all AJB’s it features a beautiful carved top & bound body with matching headstock and this one has a 3-ply black pickguard. All factory spec with a nice dark rosewood fingerboard. It has had absolutely no breaks, repairs or mods. Structurally and electrically sound. It is pre-loved so there is a some light playwear as you’d expect. There is some patina all over the metal hardware but every clean overall. Weight is very light for an AJB at 2.9kg. Neck is dead straight, truss working fine and plenty of life left in the frets. Complete with Fender branded bass softcase. Like all our basses this will come shipped in sturdy padded purpose designed bass box.
